Walmart’s Winter Beauty Box Review

Walmart’s beauty box is a subscription service, costs $5 per shipment and is released 4 times a year. Since the boxes are released every season, the makeup, skin and body care products (sample size and/or full size) will represent the season the box is being released. I have been receiving this beauty box for over a year and I will say the beauty boxes have been hit or miss, but I do enjoy receiving my beauty box every season from Walmart!

When you open the box, you see the theme of the box which is “Treat Yourself This Season with Beauty” and the winter themed tissue paper that is very nice. There are 5 products inside the box (3 are deluxe sample size, 1 is sample size and 1 is full size. There is a $1.50 coupon for Everpro Gray Away too). Here is a breakdown of each product:

Covergirl Lash Blast Volume Mascara in Very Black (full size). This mascara is an oldie, but a goodie! It provides volume and length and I have purchased this a few times and I will definitely use this!

Pond’s Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Cream (deluxe sample size). This is a firming cream that will help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in 2 weeks. This is also an oldie, but a goodie! Ponds has been around for a very long time and is a trusted brand.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Yogurt Vanilla & Oats Lotion (deluxe sample size). There is also a card that provides detailed information on this product). This is a new release from Aveeno. This rich formula contains “Active Naturals” oat and yogurt that provides 48 hour moisture. I will be testing this product out since I have dry, winter skin.

Curel Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer (deluxe sample size and there is a $4 coupon too). This is new from Curel. This contains a ceramide complex and will provide skin with moisture before stepping out of the shower. I am a big fan of in shower moisturizers and I can’t wait to try this!

Ken Paves You Are Beautiful Smoothing Shampoo, Smoothing Conditioner & Thick Conditioning Mask (sample sizes). The shampoo is for dry, rebellious hair, controls frizz, seals cuticle, contains 100% essential oils and is paraben and sulfate free. The conditioner is also for dry, rebellious hair, controls frizz, moisturizes and repairs, contains 100% essential oils and is paraben and sulfate free. The conditioning mask conditions deeply, strengthens and nourishes and protects colored hair.
